How do I get my refund if I have an under-delivery?

If the delivery driver is unable to fit the full order of oil into your tank we will issue a refund for the undelivered oil after your delivery has been confirmed. This credit is placed in your BoilerJuice Tank Account, where it can be used against your next order at BoilerJuice, saved in your Tank Account, or refunded on to your payment card.
