Regularly serviced boilers operate more efficiently and therefore use less oil. At today's high prices an inefficient boiler will be costing you ££££s more to run.

How does Boiler Servicing work with BoilerJuice?

Simply tick the Boiler Servicing checkbox next to your heating oil quote, and complete the order as normal. One of our qualified heating engineers will then contact you directly (using the phone numbers you provide with your order details) to arrange a suitable time for the service to be carried out.

• All work is carried out by Oftec registered engineers.

• You don't pay a penny until your service is completed.

You do not need to pay for the work now.  The heating engineer will ask for your payment after the work has been completed.

Please note the quoted price for your boiler service is based on a standard non-condensing boiler. Other types of boiler may incur a small surcharge which, if required, will be confirmed when our service engineer contacts you. The cost of any required parts will also be confirmed by the service engineer. You are not obliged to proceed with the service and you may cancel at any time simply by informing the service engineer.

How often should I get my boiler serviced?

It's important to have any oil fired appliance such as a boiler, stove or cooker serviced once a year. The flue will need checking to make sure it's clear, and your OFTEC Registered Technician can also check to see the boiler is running safely and efficiently for you.

You should always check with the manufacturer for service schedules as some boilers may require servicing more often than others.

What could happen if I don't get it serviced every year?

Failure to service your boiler every year could result in it running less efficiently which means you burn more oil which costs more money! Worst of all it could break down just as the cold weather comes leaving you with a cold house.
